I was disappointed that the skin color of the prosthesis was so noticeably off. Of all the steps in the making on the prosthesis, that seems like something that wouldn't be horribly difficult to get right.

I agree...I actually sensed some disappointment from her family as well.

I agree. Also, the nose seemed to sit really low on her face. Of course it's a great improvement to have a nose at all, but a little attention to detail would have made it more natural-looking.
