I never thought I would stoop to the low of an ask me anything thread. But I am bored as hell and cannot sleep so ask away. This will most likely get zero hits but it was worth the old college try.

Today I ran five miles and walked five miles. Basically run a quarter mile walk a quarter mile until 10 miles is up. My ankle felt much better so I wrapped it up and hit the streets. With my 1500 calorie a day diet and my five times a week running plan you are doomed. I actually have not weighed myself since I finished I may have lost a few pounds in water weight.
