Stupid people? It depends on your definition of stupid. Some older people have less knowledge than me in specific areas. Does that make them stupid?

Let's change that to ignorant.

Bleh. I'm just annoyed by people who think they know what they're talking about when they don't. Or you tell them something really simple 40 times and they still don't get it.

yes.. i felt pitty for a man one time.. i felt kinda sad.. when i seen this old man.. everyone was laughing at him, he was alot older probly partly blind but he was using a chopstick as a straw, my friend had pointed out and was laughing hysterically at the old man, try as hard as he might you could see the frustration in his face.. he couldn't get his soda out of the cup, moving the chopstick and turning it over to on avail.. so i took a step back, it sadden me to think with out careless consideration that these people my age would just be humored but a man that is try to do something as simple as take a drink.. i felt bad so i got a straw from a near buy straw dispencer and walked up to the old man and said hey sir. i think this might work better.. not even thinking of it. it dawned on me.. that may be one day i will be the old man trying to get a drink out of my cup with a chopstick, and someone will tell that i'm trying to suck soda through a solid peice of wood

11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 2/28/03 - 5:29:17 AM EST (GMT-5)

Well here's an example of someone my age.. A while ago I made a journal about how I was pissed off at my friend, Ashley, and well she read it and told this girl, Michele, who already hated me. Well Michele IMs her asking to see the journal to see what a bitch I am and Ashley repeatedly tells her that it's no longer on the site but Michele keeps asking for it and Ashley keeps telling her it's not there any more. I honestly don't see why that is so dificult to understand... or what another approach would be..

I don't feel sorry for dumb people. They enjoy living in their lives of ignorance.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 2/28/03 - 5:40:51 AM EST (GMT-5)
Ignorance is bliss!
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 2/28/03 - 5:43:35 AM EST (GMT-5)
Damn right. But then I always think of that line from the immortal classic film, "Animal House" were Dean Wormer tells Flounder: "Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to live your life, son."
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 2/28/03 - 5:44:15 AM EST (GMT-5)
Maybe ignorance is temporary bliss?
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 2/28/03 - 5:57:28 AM EST (GMT-5)
Ignorance is thinking it's bliss.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 2/28/03 - 5:58:53 AM EST (GMT-5)
Or maybe bliss is thinking you're ignorant?
