The Honda developed a rough idle and would die if you didn't drive with two feet. I replaced the idle air controller and that helped a tiny bit. Then I replaced the distributor and it helped some more. Last night I replaced the fuel filter, PCV valve and put some fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank. It still idles rough so I'm going to adjust the valves this weekend. If it's still running rough after that I'm going to get on the Honda CRV owner's website to decide where to go next. Everything I've done has helped a little bit but I'm not happy with it.

I changed the motor oil and transmission filter on the Mercedes but the transmission pan still leaks. It's only held on with six bolts so I think it's a tiny bit warped. I've got to drain it again and put the rubber gasket on with some RTV and that should stop the leak. It's not bad but I Mercedes shouldn't drip.

Still like the new house things still going good at work.

My mom is having an operation on her I Friday to relieve pressure from glaucoma. They're going to do the other eye two Fridays from that. I'm not worried at all because I trust they do this kind of thing all the time.

I've been sleeping like crap lately waking up multiple times. I'm getting used to it though I'd rather treat it like a new normal then be put on Ambien

There are Honda forums out there. You could always search there for ideas or create an account and ask folks for help.

Yeah that's what I meant by the Honda owners website. I found one I just haven't posted on there yet because I want to fix the things that are listed as common causes first. My guesses haven't been wrong, it's just a compound problem. The thing has 182000 miles on it

I actually understand some of what you said there!
Go me!

Have you got pictures hanging in the walls of the new house? Like prints or originals?

Wanna come watch drag cars and bikes saturday and drink beer?

I haven't hung anything on the walls yet and to be honest I haven't got everything put away yet I just haven't been in the mood. I figure I'll be here for at least 30 years I'll get around to it eventually.

I only got one number on the lottery last night or I'd be there. Drag racing in beer is awesome as long as you're not the one driving

I don't drive remember! The boy is driving and then I'm gonna make him explain everything like I'm 2 when we're in the pits and be embarrassing and take selfies.

Unhook the torque converter and see if it changes.

When the torque converter locks up you get a vibration but if you hit the gas just enough to unlock the converter and not drop down a gear the vibration goes away. I'll keep your suggestion and mind but dear God I don't want to try to disconnect a converter. It's all wheel drive based on a front wheel drive system and I've never messed with a front-wheel drive transmission before

This is only the second vehicle I've ever ever owned that had front wheel drive
