I'm in a book club where it's mostly girls. And most of the girls that do attend are very in to the fluffy light reads. And that's ok. But when we have to pick a book each month, the material that is usually nominated, is of the chick lit variety. It's always, girl moves to another city or country, has a bit of a time adjusting, meets really cute guy whose totally in to her, but she JUST doesn't know. OR, girl's parents are splitting, she's going to private school, she wants to be a fashion designer, there's some cute guy that she likes, and she's trying to adjust while wearing top of the line jeans. It's always that kind of plot, with some cute guy. Though, I like a cute guy thrown in sometimes, ENOUGH WITH THE FLUFFINESS!

I suggested these books called the Roma Sub Rosa series. Amber, whose like the one who gets us all together, though clearly not interested in the idea, said they sounded good. Of course, no one voted for them, and instead picked some chick lit crap.

Well, I had a lot to say, and that stupid minimum on how much you can type, got in the way, so.....I had to cut back on spaces.

Girls are only supposed to read fluffy little books. Can't broaden your horizons too far or you might start trying to run for President or something.

I would like to, but.......I've been there for five years, and I've become close friends with SOME of the girls. Well, mostly the older ones. The younger ones annoy me.

Oven has a clock on it. They don't need a watch.

A watch is essential in a girl's day.

The microwave usually has a clock, too.

Don't forget above the sink! Or on the wall, or *sometimes* on the toaster.
