Vince is probably a majority stockholder so there's probably not much any one can do.

With Cena getting old and sh*t, who do you guys think should be the next top face of the company?
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Monday 10/1/12 - 7:29:14 AM EST (GMT-5)
Hornswoggle.

Seriously though, I heard they're grooming Sheamus and while I quite like the ginger bastard (although his championship run and recent feuds have been sh*t), I don't think he has the "it" factor you need to be the top guy.

Looking at the roster and eliminating NXT guys for the time being, I really can't see anyone who could be the legit face of the company in the same way as Hogan, Austin and Cena. What you've got is a bunch of number two guys. Punk, Ziggler, Cody Rhodes. They're all great, but they're more the Randy Savage role than the Hulk Hogan.

Heath Slater.

So, here's a bit of a shocker. Things are getting really interesting with Ryback. He's not just some squasher anymore. Well, I mean he is, but they're starting to move him away from that position and start to get him into one where he looks like a real competitor.
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/2/12 - 10:45:54 AM EST (GMT-5)
I think it's a bit quick, but feel they may be doing that with PUnk in case Cena isn't ready to go at HIAC.
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/2/12 - 11:54:55 AM EST (GMT-5)
The question I guess now is, will they use Ryback to get Punk over, or will they continue to build up a future talent in Ryback?
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/2/12 - 12:23:48 PM EST (GMT-5)
I can only forsee the match ending in DQ to protect both Punk and Ryback.
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/2/12 - 4:17:23 PM EST (GMT-5)
Anyone else see Tensai sandbag Ryback? The second time, Tensai hooked his foot around Ryback's leg. Something going on there.

I think Seth Rollins has the complete package. Right look, he is pretty good on the mike, plus ive never seen him in a bad match

Yeah, he's awesome. He even managed to pull a great match out of Jinder Mahal. I just eliminated NXT guys because they're a bit of an unknown quantity. Who knows if they'll even be with the company in a few years? We all know how fickle WWE are. I'd be amazed if NXT itself is still around in a few years.

How many damn shows does WWE have now?
Raw
Smackdown
NXt
Superstars
Main Event
AM Raw
Saturday Morning Slam
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Thursday 10/4/12 - 12:47:59 PM EST (GMT-5)
I don't know if they show them there, but they also have two recap shows that show highlights from Raw and Smackdown. One is called Bottom Line and I want to say the other one is Afterburn. But they're not shows as such, just recaps.

I don't really understand the point of Main Event. Saturday Morning Slam is a good idea to get really young kids into wrestling without risking them seeing some Diva tits or whatever. Superstars and NXT could easily be merged.
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Thursday 10/4/12 - 12:56:37 PM EST (GMT-5)
I'm pretty sure we don't have those.
Our RAW recap is called AM RAW and I don't believe there is a Smackdown recap show.
I don't think I get the channel Main Event comes on here.
It's some sh*t called Ion and I've never heard of it.

We have Vintage Collection over here. Its just old school stuff from the 70s, 80s & 90s. Sometimes theres some cool stuff on there.

WWE would have to be looking at somebody in their mid 20s. Seth Rollins just fits it perfectly for me. Even McGillicutty

You guys hear about Punk hitting a fan?
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/9/12 - 9:26:42 AM EST (GMT-5)
Yeah, sounds like the fan pretty much deserved it, but that it was the wrong fan!

Did you see where some kid's mom is pissed that ADR ripped up her son's Sheamus sign?
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/9/12 - 9:39:35 AM EST (GMT-5)
It looks like CM Punk, *puts on shades* is a Punk.
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa-
Punk:*punches him in the face* You're not funny and nobody likes you!

Although we at the WWE are truly sorry you were struck by one of our sports entertainers, we feel you should consider yourself lucky that it was not the Big Show due to his KOing of Tensai and Brodus Clay within 5 seconds of each other with one hit each. As always, we at the WWE wish you well in your future endeavors of attending sports entertainment events.

Haha, yeah, that's ridiculous. Dude is a heel, that's his job. I remember when Jericho was Undisputed Champion, he used to hold one of the belts towards a kid so they could touch it and then yank it away from them. It was hilarious.
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/9/12 - 11:15:03 AM EST (GMT-5)
I kind of thought that was the point of making a sign, to garner the attention of a heel.
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/9/12 - 11:56:59 AM EST (GMT-5)
I think it's just a case of a non-wrestling fan not really understanding the dynamics of wrestling. Heels do all kinds of sh*t to get heat. It's their job to be douchebags . If you don't want to get targeted, don't sit in the front row.
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/9/12 - 12:02:45 PM EST (GMT-5)
When I go to indy shows, I want the heels to rip up my signs. It is awesome.

Just had one ripped up last month.
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/9/12 - 12:08:08 PM EST (GMT-5)
That would be what I would want too! I would want heels to stare me down and call me names.
Then take a picture with me after the show.
7 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 10/9/12 - 3:39:16 PM EST (GMT-5)
Right, that interaction is what makes it special.

Unless it's getting clocked in the mush by CM Punk.
