People aren't responding because they are offended that you'd consider Steven Tyler to be a "rock god." |

Has anyone in the anti-Tyler camp seen Aerosmith in concert? And if so, how can you say he sucks so much? Robert Plant is a great frontman too, don't get me wrong, but Steven Tyler is also really f*cking good. |

Led Zeplin had better songs, but Tyler was a better frontman, in my opinion. |

There is more to being a frontman than singing JD, otherwise they would just be called singers. |

Meat Loaf has more stage presence than Steven Tyler. And yes, I have seen both in concert. |

You're probably right, Meatloaf is one of the best performers around. In the same way I think Tyler is better than Plant. |

plant, all the way. led zepplin concerts must have been monumental... aerosmith, as awesome as they have been, are just kinda dried out and washed up. |

holy sh*t people its Zeppelin!!! not zepplin or zeplin. and yes robert plant is much much better, i mean have you seen that bulge he has in Song Remains The Same? |
|

Tyler. |

Ha ha.. the Bulge... It's not just in TSRTS, it's definitely there all the time. It's not like you can hide something like that (and it's not like he tried). But of course, you shouldn't just singers on what's in their pants. I say Robert Plant, of course, even though his solo career sucked.

I agree with Foxy. Plant was never THE front man for me, I always thought of Plant/Page to be kind of a 2-person front man. If you're just talking front man, I would say Tyler. |
