I go to bed around 9:30 I used to go to bed at 10 but I've been so tired lately
I am usually very rude when I don't get enough sleep or just in general I don't like people

Yeah, lots of day sleepers who work evenings or nights.
I have a buddy whose parents are both alive in their 80s and very much active. They wake up every morning at 5:30 and start coffee and light breakfast. They say that's what's kept them going all these years.

For people working standard shifts, yes.

I haven't slept past 9 in over a decade, I think. Being sick doesn't count, though.

Yeah, when i had covid, there were 2 consecutive days that i slept for 16 hours. Slept a lot in hospital too.

But maybe the early to bed, early to rise has benefits. Seeing lots of sunrises has to be good for the soul

Some people have something called delayed sleep phase syndrome. It is real. It isn't pleasant. It is something I have suffered from my entire life.

The last time I slept past 10, I was pregnant and put up black out curtains. Me and my boy slept in until noon. Such good sleep.

i'm usually up by 8 am unless i'm feeling extra lazy, sick, or hungover. my first class is usually around 10:30.
