She just has to figure out how to uncurl her toes I think.

She does this funny little thing. If you sing incey wincey spider she rubs her hands together to try to make the spider.

19 days ago - Friday 9/4/20 - 1:54:39 PM EST (GMT-5)
That is Margot.

She is the 9 month old daughter of my very close friend who lives in Nashville/Kentucky. Mom is my proxy daughter so Margot is the closest thing I have to a granddaughter. They have been isolated in the US until now. The have come to the UK for a 15 day quarantine visit.

Jean Harlow to Margot Roosevelt. Hello Mar-got.

Her response. The T is silent, as in Harlow.

Yesterday Margot took a 12 steps program.

She managed to take her 1st selfie before she walked.

She reached out and hit the shutter as Harry was preparing a shot.

Going home in 4 days. It looks like they will come back to England in a couple of years because they want her to go to school here.

I know this is a very unpopular opinion but I absolutely hate children
That's why every single time I go to a family gathering my family hands their babies to me
Probably why I really want to leave Texas

No offense, sis, but you're still a child.

That is a very good idea. Schools here, at least in this area, aren't the best.

I didn't like kids much either, until my 1st cousin had a little girl. The little girl liked me a lot for some reason and then I began to like her. I put her on my horse before she was even 1. She grew up riding and showing. Now that "baby" is 22 and we are buddies. She is my second cousin. If it weren't for being around her I probably wouldn't have wanted kids of my own. Now she puts my little girl on her horse. Haha

Moral of the story...your feelings may change. This is probably why family members are handing you babies.

Sounds good, bless her. Are they staying with you?

McKenzie, even us mamas need a break. Everytime I go to my mom's house I hand my girl off to my little sister. Of course, she loves her and takes her from me herself. But if she hated kids I'd have done it extra and with glee. Kind of like when you have a kitten and you know that someone hates them, they're the first person you'll push it on.

I was a baby magnet as a teenager. Now though, since having my own, i don't have the energy for anyone elses. I still think they're bloody adorable and make the appropriate noises, but f am I babysitting.

No they are quarantined at her mum's house and her sisters live nearby.

Helene is the baby sister. Quite a bit younger.

She didn't like children either but it was more that she was uncomfortable about what she might teach them. Her best friend is a convert too, When Margot was standing up and walking she said I never got the big deal before, people would say my baby stood up today and I would think, oh yeah I do that a lot too.

I didn't like children because they did things like eat something and have it all over them and approach you. Plus, their crying or screaming. And the dirty diapers.

I remember sitting in a restaurant once and looking out the window to see a man changing his child's diaper in the back of his SUV. I was so appalled and grossed out. Now I will do the same thing if I have to.
