Not much else exciting to share with you guys other than that though. Ooh except we had a hole cut between our kitchen and living room. That's exciting and revolutionary. I'm cooking a frozen Thanksgiving tomorrow except for the box stuffing and mac and cheese. I have to go out later to buy everything. Just my immediate family though, so two adults and one child

My ideal combo is Gruyere and Parmesan but usually I just have cheddar/tasty or havarti in the fridge but I always add a bit of Parmesan

mac and cheese
I made this recipe for Thanksgiving and it was soooooooo delicious.
(is gluten free but doesn't have to be)
I don't know if they have velveeta-ish products there, though. It had normal cheese but also velveeta and I don't know if it would taste exactly the same without it.

I don't make my own mac & cheese because one of my friends LOVES mac and always makes her own so I have never needed to develop a recipe.

I use typically use a mixure of sharp cheddar and colby jack for my mac and cheese, heavy on the sharp cheddar.

Ohh I thought tasty was just what australians called the regular shop cheesewbhich is why I grouped it with cheddar. I don’t know what the deal is with it. It’s just the most basic possible cheese that’ll do the job
