Just curious as I think it varies quite a lot. I used to work with cuck's boss and we eventually came to realize that he takes multiple calls a day from his stay-at-home wife. They have three kids, but I think all but one is technically an adult now. I don't know what they talk about; I think that would drive me nuts.

I might shoot my husband a quick message on yt or via text here and there, but some days we don't communicate at all during the day, especially if he's out in the field.

I'm getting excited for our Florida/WDW trip in February now that I've survived the office move. I haven't been to Florida since I was 13 years old, I think, so over 20 years, but some of my fondest memories were there as a child vacationing with my parents and visiting my aunt, who lived in St. Petersburg.

My boss is on vacay this week, too, which is also great.

My boss has the patience of a saint, thanks to his wife. She would drive me insane.

It depends. Sometimes all day long texting back and forth and other days one or both of us are too busy to get back or not much to talk about. He usually calls me when he's driving home from work or the store, wherever, even if he has nothing to say. Just to have someone to talk to.

My husband and I rarely chat while at work. Maybe like once a week.

I'm excited vicariously for you!

Are you going to visit your swampland?

I rarely text anyone at work.

When I had one I would call her every morning and talk for 5 to 10 mins.

Maybe a text now and then.

And right before I left work to see if she needed anything.

Yeah, we're going to drive as near to it as we can get as it's landlocked just to check out the area, haha.

It's our last day and I'm calling it "Tour of Rural Florida".

I don't think we absolutely needed it, but I got FP+ for Kilimanjaro first thing in the morning, like you suggested.

I got a FP+ for Mission:Space, too, but I'm not sure we can do the orange side, maybe green?

Ugh, still debating on that one.

Nice- - -Probably not, but it's good to have. Hope you see lots of animals! My roommate used to be a safari driver on that ride.

Unless you have health issues, I'm sure you'd be fine with orange. I don't know if green is worth your time, lol. It doesn't do the g-forces thing which is the best part

G....forces? G forces?

Then again...if you do get motion sickness...better not to risk wasting a day at EPCOT feeling ill.

Are yall planning to do any drinking around the world showcase?

I actually planned it late in the day, so we'll see how brave we are, haha.

We don't drink much, but I think there's a new margarita stand and I may have to hit that!

I really love the tequila bar inside of the Mexico pavilion.

But be brave!

I imagine disney in february won’t be as busy as normal, right?

and it won’t be hot as f-ck, so that’s another plus

sounds like a great time to go and I’m super jealous

My husband texts me when we get to work so I know he got there safe. If it’s something important (like about meeting up after work or something) I might text him during the day but I don’t expect him to respond right away- usuallly not til his break or after work. We’re both too busy at work to take texts or calls- it would be frowned upon.

Mine does this too.

And February is a great time to visit Disney.

That's the last time I was there too!

I think I was there around that time, too. Maybe we all saw each other!

One year, I went with my mom and we had those disposable cameras and we made a game of taking as many pictures as possible of pasty European guys in Speedos. That was a fun pickup at the camera development shop a few weeks later.

I liked that area as a kid and I suspect I still would today.

Yeah, I doubt it's changed much. Nice chill area.
