I'm starting a new diet tomorrow with this fitness thing I'm doing, and I'm surprised she doesn't have me doing keto. In fact, of my macros she wants me to reach, carbs is the highest.

Protein. The carbs come from the veggies. Cook with butter for the fat content and make sure I'm eating protein at every meal.

Honestly you don't get hungry when you're in keto. So after the first couple days, where you literally withdrawal from sugar, you can go a long time without feeling Hungry.

I can make a coffee with coconut oil, heavy cream and butter for breakfast and it will make me feel full until dinner.

Tonight I made pizza. Keto pizza. The crust is made with mozzarella, almond flour and cream cheese.

The fat Keeps you feeling really full. And the best part is you have a lot of energy and feel great.

The first time I tried keto I felt like it was impossible. All day long it was a struggle because my mind / body kept wanting the blood sugar spike. Every day after the first got easier and easier.

With eating out you have to go nasi basic basic.

Grilled chicken, ask them to not cook with sauces and load up on veggies

Or get a salad without the dressing and use tzatziki or evoo instead

It takes me 2-3 days to get fully into ketosis and I suffer from the keto flu big time.

But once the craving is gone, oh man I can't stress enough how much I love the feeling.

Also before I did keto I used to always go to bed on a full stomach and when I'm doing keto I love going to bed on an empty stomach. You feel so so good in the morning.

There's good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. If you beat things like eggs and butter and olive oil it shouldn't raise your bad cholesterol the way you think it would

You have to keep in mind that we are kinda meant to eat fat. We aren't meant to be eating all the sugar you find in everything. The standard American diet is full of fat + sugar. Keto just removes the sugar. Under 20grams of carbs a day from only dark green veggies etc. absolutely no sugar, soy, beans, starches. Remove All of the foods that are inflammatory.
