I had cheese toast topped with smoked ham and poached eggs, strawberries and an orange for breakfast with a chai tea. Drank lots of water. Had a Reeses pb cup for snack, and now having tuna casserole.

Bacon and egg, then some rice pudding. Oh, and a handful of olives just now.

No fancy recipes, just plain old bacon and egg. Last night's chili con carne was nice though! (Packet sauce mix, lean ground beef, tinned tomatoes - a little thicker and hotter than the packet recipe would give, and no beans included to keep carbs down a bit.)

Baked ham with a cheese and mustard crust. Yorkshire pudding Roast Potatoes cabbage leeks and carrots and a glass of Red Cotes du Rhone village. I have some strawberries and clemantines in reserve.

A grilled chicken Southwest salad from Walmart and a bite of chicken parmesan my mom made.

The chicken on my salads always taste funny, but the salad itself is so good that it cancels out the chicken in a can flavor.

My dad likes those, even though he can cook (and is retired and has time to). They always look sort of sketchy but they're not bad! Lots of sodium though.

I've heard from quite a few places that sodium isn't really a problem except for an extremely small portion of the population. Too lazy to Google right now though
