Again Georgia somehow getting a swell of blue for Senate would make me question. The primary election was almost decided by three points.

I think they’ll trade seats and have a 51 49 Republican majority.

Not counting valid ballots is illegal.

This wasn't about electoral votes. It was requesting legal election ballots be removed and/or dismissed to change the popular vote to change the total popular vote prior to the electoral vote.

The end of Inquizitor’s article says that Trumps push for the Georgia senate races are a sign that he’s conceded. His statement was that the Georgia Senate seats are the last line of defense.

Proof of election stealing in Georgia.

"Georgia declares Biden winner for a third time"

https://www.bbc.com/news/election-u...

Totally unfair- - Trump can only win once per state, while Biden wins 3 times in Georgia...

Biden should get 3 times as many delegates for winning 3 times.

Would this adversely affect the senate run off across Georgia?

Because it would be sweet if all Tump's bulsh*t cost the GOP control of the Senate.

Depending on the circumstances of Trump’s call to Kemp, yeah, it could be illegal.

So, apparently the Trump campaign has finally found someone to take the whole election fuzz to the Supreme Court:
"Texas sues 4 key states at Supreme Court claiming unconstitutional voting changes.
"Using the COVID-19 pandemic as a justification, government officials in the defendant states of Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, usurped their legislatures’ authority and unconstitutionally revised their state’s election statutes."

Disputes between states are among the few cases of original jurisdiction for the Supreme Court, meaning lower courts cannot first hear the cases."

Last exit before safe harbour day?

I wonder how many will boycott Biden's inauguration...

"The president-elect of the United States is the person who conclusively appears to have won a presidential election in the United States but has yet to take office as President."

It's not quite conclusive yet. There are still 9 ongoing lawsuits seeking to block certification in many states.

To reasonable people, it’s conclusive. It’s ridiculous to let partisan wh*res and lunatics disrupt the transition.

I feel like it would set a very gross precedent if it did.

And jesus have Republicans set a new standard for crying about an election loss.
2 months ago - Tuesday 12/8/20 - 8:29:04 PM EST (GMT-5)
I think the Republicans are comparable to the previous standard for crying about an election loss. At least they aren't threatening impeachment yet...

Remind me, how many lawsuits were filled around imaginary election fraud in the last go around?

I know you love to throw around this idea that the left was using impeachment as a threat, but you’re amnesia for facts is acting up again and you’re leaving out that Trump engaged in conduct that supported impeachment and it was known/suspected before the inauguration.
2 months ago - Tuesday 12/8/20 - 9:11:43 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yeah like.... he WAS impeached... lol.
2 months ago - Tuesday 12/8/20 - 9:21:35 PM EST (GMT-5)
He was impeached because of the Ukraine scandal, though.

The Russia scandal was public knowledge before he took office.

CD is ignoring that context to paint investigations and calls for investigations into Trump as evidence of partisanship. Really, it’s just evidence that the shady, corrupt businessman continued his shady and corrupt practices through the election and into the Oval Office.
2 months ago - Tuesday 12/8/20 - 9:56:40 PM EST (GMT-5)
Calls for his impeachment came the day he was elected- - long before any investigations or evidence of illegal activities on the part of Trump.
2 months ago - Tuesday 12/8/20 - 9:59:17 PM EST (GMT-5)
And were completely justified.

If it comes to light that there was widespread voter fraud in favour of Biden then they would be comparable. So far there is none.
2 months ago - Tuesday 12/8/20 - 10:02:52 PM EST (GMT-5)
There were also calls for electors to go against their pledge, boycott of the inauguration, and the Resist movement. The Dems really set the standard for crying about an election loss...

...and that doesn't even include Clinton's book, where she blamed everyone but herself for the loss.
