Read the entire thread.

There's no evidence of massive voter fraud that Trump is alleging.

There are over 100 sworn affidavits from people that disagree with you.

And as has been explained to you repeatedly... they aren't written with the intent of submission to the courts. Meaning they are meaningless.

That has been explained to you.
Multiple times.
And here you are pretending it holds weight.
F*ck you.

Just a reminder that Trump’s legal team created an online form in which anyone could submit an affidavit. Of the affidavits submitted online, many have been discredited by Trump’s legal team. Of the online affidavits that weren’t outright discredited, the Trump legal team has been unable to verify any of them. A judge in another case refused to consider the affidavits that couldn’t be verified.

A sampling of Trump’s affidavits include:

One that confused Michigan with Minnesota

The son of a QAnon forum admin who lives in Japan and doesn’t have direct knowledge of any fraud. Instead, his affidavit claims that fraud was within the realm of possibility.

And that’s actually common among these affidavits– a lack of personal, direct knowledge. Instead the affidavits contain suspicions or claims that fraud was possible.

Despite Trump and Noldor bringing up hundreds of affidavits, there is still no credible evidence of fraud.

Further, fraud is unique among federal litigation because the federal rules of civil procedure require that fraud claims be pled with “particularity.” Particularity means that the the complaint must include more than just general allegations; it must include specific allegations.

In this context, specific allegations might include details on who commuted the fraud, how, when, etc. For example, a specific allegation of election fraud would be that on November 5th Bill Badguy accessed a computer used to count votes in Wisconsin and changed 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden.

I am reading the complaint Powell submitted, and I am only seeing general allegations (e.g. Dominion software is vulnerable and votes could be changed or added, Biden performed better than someone expected, etc.). I haven’t finished reading it, but unless the complaint takes a left turn and starts offering specific

allegations, I’m thinking the lawsuit is going to be tossed.

Looking at Wikipedia, it doesn't look good. Most of these cases have been dropped or dismissed. I guess the Democrats can rest easy now. Let the destruction of our economy begin.

So when does the 'Resist Biden' movement start? Perhaps he needs to be impeached, unless we get a bunch of faithless electors to save Trump...

The Dems set a precedent after the 2016 election.

Seeing as you ignore things like wealth inequality, food banks lines, etc. when evaluating the economy and focus solely on the stock market, you’ll be happy to note that the market didn’t crash when Biden won.

There are other ways to measure the health of the economy, but over the long term, the stock market's performance does tend to correlate with the economy. The stock market is also a leading indicator of where the economy is going.

How do you explain the market growth being greater under Obama than Trump?

So they can't confirm who wrote them? lol.

There are names, but there’s no guarantee someone used their real name. I believe the verification problem is mostly due to Trump’s legal team not being able to get in touch with the people who submitted affidavits- either because they used a fake name but maybe it’s not immediately provable they used a fake name or they couldn’t get in touch with someone- or that they just could substantiate the facts of the affidavit or that the person who submitted the affidavit was in a position to be a witness.

I can explain it simply by saying that's not true.

Take the NASDAQ for instance:

Obama starts: 2700
Obama ends: 5521
Total increase in 8 years: 2821

Trump starts: 5521
Trump today: 12349
Total increase in 4 years: 6828

Market growth was greater than twice that of Obama in half the time.

Interesting that you'd choose NASDAQ and compare two Obama terms against one Trump term ...
yahoo!finance has more graphs to offer. Like this one:

S&P 500 performance over presidents’ first term
Percent change from the last trading day before inauguration to the end of October in their 4th year

You should probably write to Forbes and let them know they got it wrong. Maybe they’ll can Chuck Jones and hire you.

And Axios.

And Fortune.

If you actually use today's numbers for the S&P, Trump still wins.
