Mixed reports of a collision between a Mercedes car and pedestrians outside a Berlin railway station are appearing online.
Initially this was reported as a deliberate act but then excessive speed was cited as the cause and Religious and political motives have been downplayed. 3 of the casualties are reported as serious.

We’re making threads about traffic incidents now? What next? A thread about the weather in London?

Deliberate political act (if it was or had been) is significantly different from an accident due to speeding. (What? You mean Germans speed? )

The fact that it was initially treated that way and might still get investigated as such is the story

It's good you didn't as you'd most probably caused some mean road rage in those you'd have badly blocked there.

And in all fairness, your Autobahn is better paved and marked than any stretch of US interstate I've ever been on. So if you have a car that will go 120 (195) or above then you might as well.

Autobahns are fine until you reach the inevitable roadworks. The Germans have the best roads in the world because they never stop repairing them.
