I can never ever finish a Stephen King novel. I don't know why. I got as far as Chapter 2 of Insomnia before chucking it back downstairs.

This book was freaking awesome. I loved every second of it and I couldn't put it down. I highly recommend it.

I haven't read this one but it's on my list. I haven't been able to get into many King books lately

In true Stephen King style, this was yet another of his masterpieces.

Yes, it's a great one but it's kind of slow to get into. But once you get into it you won't be able to put it down! It's not at all like the movie, I don't even think the movie has the same plot. The book kind of has two plots - insomnia and abortion. But they tie together brilliantly :)

I've never read the dark tower series, I can't get into it. But he is slowly combining that series with the Castle Rock stuff and I think what he wants to do is have a book at the end that is a finale of every book.

I started reading this today. It's probably going to take me a while to get thru it because I'm only going to read it in between calls at work. I'm not going to haul that sucker back and forth every day. Besides, by the time I get home it's not long before I go to bed. Somehow, I don't think reading this right before going to sleep would be such a good idea.

And yes, I'm well aware that I'm bumping a thread that hasn't had any posts in almost 14.

I'm almost 3/4 done now. Enjoying it very much! What's funny is since I've started reading this, whenever I go to GoComics, an ad about having trouble sleeping keeps popping up. And I've been having some weird dreams, but until last night it was nothing related to this book. Still odd, though. I just past the point where
Ralph and Lois had their long conversation with Clotho and Lachesis and are trying to find a way to stop the pro-abortionist from giving her speech.

This was one of the first Stephen King books I ever read. It's been a very long time since I read it, but I remember loving it.
In particular, the idea of a hidden dimension.

I might like to re-read it.

Finished it! Very good! Just like all of his books that I've read! Finished just in time, too. There's a good chance I'll see the lady I borrowed it from later on and I can give it back to her.
