| | Homecoming week Sophomores have only won one of the spirit days (yesterday, class color day, tie with the damn cheating seniors). We had to wear blue. Creigh Deeds (gubernatorial candidate for the Dems) spoke after school yesterday, I was there. I asked him a question, got a good answer, and got a picture taken of me shaking his hand.
Yes, that's paint on my face (from wear class color day). Celebrity endorsements have gotten ridiculous, the Lt. Gubernatorial candidate for the Dems has her own brand of popcorn. |

| | Yesterday, in my AP Government (Pre-IB with an AP exam, apparently) class, I had to fill out a sheet with the influences on my opinions. I listed "Youthink" as one of my strongest influences. Anyone else have a story like that? |

| | I need suggestions delivered BEFORE I finish BSing my chem lab report, shower, and go to bed. Remember in my last journal two weeks ago how I mentioned that a girl FINALLY may like me back? Well, she almost definitely does. I'm going to ask her out, but I'm incredibly shy around almost all girls. Can anyone provide suggestions to overcome this shyness? |
