Need YT help - Mood:Good

Believe it or not, I need help from YT people. I know, I know...*I* normally have all the answers, give out great advice, and everyone loves me! well, ok...maybe not. anyhow, i need brainstorming ideas and what better place than here! I have to do a short presentation (it will include some PowerPoints) on "Presenting highly technical products to non-technical decision makers" Being a consultant, I spend alot of time "dumbing" down technical issues, thoughts, etc to managers, client, non-techie people BUT im a tad stuck on verbalizing what I do and how I do that. I would love to hear from both technical and non-technical people on ideas when it comes to relaying techie ideas to non-techies! Thanks!
