About to return home from my first deployment.
Though it mostly sucked I made a few new friends. Our personalities are manifestations of how we chose to deal with the circumstance of our past. To regret is to wish our selves to be someone who we are not. As painful as life may have been to this point I would not change anything I`ve done. However I choose to heed my mistakes that I not make them again. I am coming home with a goal in mind and though obstacles have presented them selves I`ll navigate them to the best of my ability. Logic is like pulling out an atlas and planing a road trip.
Life is like setting the GPS and listening it bitch at you when you`ve missed your turn.

| | Next semester will likely be harder. I have a history class, a politics class, history of theater, and mastering the world wide web class where they are going to teach me to use dream weaver. This is good for my GPA and should take me off of academic probation. Only reason I was on it was because of I returned to my first school after 9 years and I hadn't done well there. I think I'll look into academic forgiveness for those old classes if I can. |
