I've entered a 42 day residential treatment program for my PTSD - Mood:Good

No passes for the first few weeks, but I am able to have my wife come to visit. It's my hope that by the end of these six weeks I'll have picked up more coping skills and can return home a better husband and father, and a happier person. Because I am at a point where I feel like a change is necessary for me to continue living I'm going to give this program my best shot. I'll work the aftercare and look at vocational rehabilitation as well. I just want to be the best version of my self that I can be.
