Exciting stuff! - Mood:Happy

I got my first offer from a university today. Conditional offer for the University of Birmingham to do Ancient History - BBB in my exams. I'm AAA at the moment, and it is one of my first choices so I'm rather happy. Also found out that I got a place to do some excavations at the Roman fort of Vindolanda on Hadrian's Wall for two weeks. I'm with the big, bad Director of Excavations at the fort so that's good too. Unfortunately, I have a 2 hour Oxford Univeristy History Aptitude Test tomorrow (*groans*), which is a little fly in the ointment...I do like that phase. For the rest of the day I have no lessons as I am going to a seminar about a visit to Auschwitz in Poland. This time last week, I was sitting in tiny Krakow airport, waiting for the return flight. I sound like a busy bee. How's it going YT?
