I think we've finally decided what to do for our vacation in November. - Mood:Good |

| | Advice/stories needed! This vacay is last week of October/all of November. We're starting off with getting our bareboat license over 8 days in Mexico. Then we're going to travel down to Central America for three or four weeks, specifically Hondouras, Belize and Costa Rica. We'll be backpacking. Any experiences with these countries? How is boat vs. bus vs. plane travel? Do we definately need to go into the jungle? How's the diving and surfing? Thanks! |

Training Log - Mood:Good |
|
Thursday June 12 20084:27:14 PM |
| | I hope you guys don't mind, but I'm going to go ahead and follow in IRL's steps and start a training log for my running. On Monday I registered for a half marathon that's taking place on July 6 - short notice! Luckily I've been running and cycling fairly regularly so it's ok for my to jump into a shorter training program. I printed off a decent program from runnerswoorld.com and will record my times/training distances here. 6/10: Easy Run, 2 miles: 19:55. Did an additional mile for warm up and one for cool down. 6/12: Tempo Run, 5 miles: 51:27 My next run is Sunday and it's 6 miles. I hope it's nice out, I hate running indoors! |
